At Maria Donatello, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that every handcrafted piece arrives safely and on time. Below you will find all details related to shipping, delivery times, and general conditions.
1. Order Processing
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Because each piece is handcrafted, preparation times may vary depending on the collection and availability.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with specialized logistics providers to offer reliable delivery throughout Europe and internationally. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands and, in some cases, from Mexico, depending on product availability.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 5–10 business days
Note: Times may vary due to holidays, customs, or external conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on destination and order weight. The final cost is shown at checkout. We aim to provide transparent and fair pricing.
5. Taxes, Duties & Customs
Within the EU:- VAT is included in all prices.- No customs or additional taxes apply.
Outside the EU:
- Prices do not include local taxes or import fees.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- We must legally declare the full value of the order and cannot mark it as a gift.
- Customs may delay delivery.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once the order has been shipped.
7. Delivery Issues
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient absence, or other factors beyond our control, the package will return to our logistics center. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
