Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing a handcrafted María Donatello piece. If you need to return an item, here is our updated process:

1. Return request period

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
Once your request is approved, you must ship the item back within 3 calendar days.

2. Item condition

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In perfect condition

  • With all original tags and packaging

3. Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of:

  • Custom, made-to-order or personalised items

  • Used, damaged or incomplete items

4. How to initiate your return

Email us at mariadonatellomx@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

We will reply within 1–2 business days.

5. Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • We recommend a tracked service (e.g., PostNL).

  • The return address will be provided after approval.

  • If you need us to generate a label, we can do so; its cost will be deducted from your refund.

6. Inspection & refund

After receiving the item, we will inspect it and issue your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email us as soon as possible. We will cover the return costs in these cases.
